Carbide’s Hybrid Strength Program is a perfect meld of explosive strength exercises like cleans and snatches, with traditional strength and conditioning exercises like squats, presses, and deadlifts.
By combining these two types of exercises we can enhance muscle size, speed, agility, and power.
Whether you are looking to change your physique, become a more powerful athlete, or just simply prefer picking up and putting down heavy objects...this program could be just what you are looking for.
The program meet's 3 times per week. Class Drop-ins are available for only $20.
